Our condominium in Villa del Mar II is located in the heart of the Mayan Riviera in the gated residential village of Puerto Aventuras, approximately 75 km (45 miles) south of Cancun. The warm waters of the Caribbean are steps away from our beautiful oceanfront condominium, and just off the powdery white sand beach is the second largest coral reef in the world offering spectacular snorkelling. Amenities within the village include boutiques, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, post office, convenience stores, internet cafes, nine hole golf course, bank machines as well as various snorkel, parasailing, dive shop and fishing tour operators all centered around a picturesque marina.

The quaint town of Playa del Carmen is located just 20 km (12 miles) north of Puerto Aventuras. On the pedestrian mall of 5th Avenue you will find a unique mixture of traditional Mexican vendors, upscale boutiques, and a wide array of restaurants and bars. For shopping convenience there is a Sam’s Club as well as a brand new Super-Walmart.

Also within the area are the eco parks of X-Caret and Xel-Ha. The ruins at Tulum are approximately 40 km (25 miles) south of Puerto Aventuras, and the spectacular ruins at Coba are approximately a one and a half hour drive.
